By placing an order on this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
3. Customization
Customized items (initials, color, hardware, or bespoke requests submitted through the Customization page) are made to order. Because these pieces are personalized, they are generally final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We do not store your card details on our servers. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full order total.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Handcrafted and customized pieces may take longer to produce before shipping. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Customized items are final sale except in cases of damage or defect. To start a return, contact us with your order ID.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, product photography, and text, is the property of Clara Loreva and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clara Loreva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
